Endputzen der Wohnung:
Tipe A: 35,00 Euro

Obligatorische Pfandhinterlegung (Kaution?): 150,00 Euro
Bezahlung: 30 % bei der Reservierung, Restbetrag bei der Ankunft
Die Anzahlung wird auf jeden Fall einbehalten (ex Art. 1386 BGB)
Im Fall eines kürzeren Aufenthaltes als reserviert muss der Gast den vereinbarten Betrag ausbezahlen.
Die Wochen werden normalerweise vom Samstag bis Samstag berechnet.
Ankunft ab 17.00 Uhr – Verlassen der Wohnung bis 09.00 Uhr
Die Preise enthalten Verbrauchskosten für Warmwasser, Strom, Gas und MwSt.
Ausgeschlossen sind:
Bettwäsche: € 6,00 pro Person in der ersten Woche, € 4,00 in den folgenden Wochen
Badwäsche: € 4,00 pro Person in der ersten Woche, € 2,00 in den folgenden Wochen
Wiege zu vermieten (auf Wunsch): € 5,00 pro Woche
Endsäuberung der Wohnung: Typ A: € 35 ; Typ B: € 40 ; Typ C: €45
Die Buchungsanzahlung beträgt i.d.R. 30% der Gesamtmiete
Clubkard
Die Clubkard ist für alle Kunden Pflicht und ist am Anfang des Aufenthalts zu zahlen:
€ 40 für Erwachsene, € 30 für Kinder mit 3 bis 10 Jahren.
Die Clubkard berechtigt zu:
1) Nutzung des Schwimmbads täglich von 10.00 bis 14.00 Uhr, und von 16.00 bis 19.00 Uhr.
2) Nutzung von Sonnenschirmen am Strand ab der dritten Reihe.
3) Parkplatz für ein Auto.
4) Nutzung aller gemeinsamen Räumen.
5) Baby Club (Kinderbetreuung für Kinder im Alter von 3 bis 10 Jahren -der Ankunftstag ist ausgeschlossen) .
6) Unterhaltungsservice am Abend.
Sonderangebote
- Familien mit Eltern und 2 Kindern (mit 3 bis 14 Jahren) zahlen nur für 3 Erwachsenen-Clubkards.
- Langer Aufenthalt (mindestens 3 Wochen): 10% Rabatt auf den ganzen Aufenthalt.
- Clubkard: erste Woche w.o., ab der zweiten Woche: Erwachsene € 20, Kinder € 15.

According to the law, Guests had to give
to Direction their identity cards to be registred and
to sign the notification card.

Guests will take place accordingly with
Direction or were before granted; Direction can assign
another arrangement due to booked periods.

As for parking our Guests had to take
the inner or outside places in FERIENDORF, showing the
special adhesive in their cars and will not obstacle roads.

Flat is given after 16.00 and had to be
leaved free to kleaning within and no longer 09.00 ; after
that hour will be added a more day to pay .

If, whatever reason, Guest had to leave
before the day booked had to pay equal the money requested.

Guest had to take care of the flat and
to respect sanitary rules, so that papers ill be cast
away in special containers and trash in special tank not
before 22.00.

Guests will take care of their properties:
Direction will not take responsibility upon thefts or
damagements, excluded objects entrusted to it .

Animals not admitted.

From 24.00 to 07.00 it's obligatory silence,
moderation on noise during the day. TV tollerated only
at a very low volume, radio-control it's given at arrival
on demand and had to be given bach on departure.

Strictly forbidden to vaste vegetation
and FERIENDORF equipments. Damnage will be added to responsibles
(art. 1588 C.C.).

Not minors admitted, if not accompanied.

Light at 220 w. It's forbidden modify
or tamper the electrical equipment with not authorized
branches.

Visitor admitted with Direction authorisation.

In Direction judgement, not following
this rules and an behaviour that cause damnage to harmony
and the spirit of uor community, can give rise to the
sending away from FERIENDORF of undesired guest .

One can ask for linen, when not comprised,
paying more 6,00 Euro each person, every week (not comprised
bath or kitchen-linen).

Washing machine works by disc given by
Direction, on demand and every one costs Euro 5,00.
